It is possible, by way of email, to be in contact with my chief secretary.
Email is the quickest and most direct way for initial contact to be established.
Please give a short description of your request and a suggestion for the
desired appointment date for the first advising session. The office chief
will confirm this appointment or will give another suggested appointment time
should there be a conflict with the original suggestion.
A short (15 in.)free-of-charge advising session will follow.
